For Business · How OnPoint works

Set up in six simple steps.

Most businesses are ready to take bookings in one sitting. You can change everything later.

  1. 01

Create your account & choose a plan

Sign up, name your business and choose Basic or Pro. New businesses get an introductory first month from $7.50.

  2. 02

    Make your page yours

Add your logo, a cover photo, a gallery of your work, a short bio and your contact details, then choose your booking link.

  3. 03

    Add your services

List each service with its price and how long it takes. Reorder them so your most popular services come first.

  4. 04

    Set your hours

Choose your working days and hours, add breaks, and block days off or vacations. Clients only ever see real openings.

  5. 05

    Set your booking policies

Decide your cancellation window and the policy clients see. On Pro, also set notice time, how far ahead clients can book, buffers and approval requests.

  6. 06

Share your link & get booked

Put your link in your bio, WhatsApp or website. Clients book a time that's genuinely free, and you manage everything from your dashboard.

Features

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Every feature below is available today. Features marked Pro are included with OnPoint Pro.

Your booking page

Your own booking page & link

A polished, personal page with your services, prices, hours and policies — one simple link to share anywhere.

Logo, cover & gallery

Show your brand and your best work with a logo, a cover photo and a gallery of up to 12 photos.

Pro

Service add-ons

Offer optional extras — like French tips or nail art — with set prices and extra time. Totals and available times update automatically.

Your policy, up front

Clients read and agree to your booking policy before they book, and see it again on every confirmation.

Calendar & appointments

A calendar that thinks

See your day and week at a glance. Reschedule or cancel any appointment in a tap.

Zero double bookings

Availability updates the instant a slot is taken. Two clients can never book the same time.

Pro

Approval requests

Prefer to approve each booking yourself? Turn on requests and accept or decline them from your dashboard.

Availability & policies

Hours & breaks

Set weekly hours with lunch breaks. Clients can only pick times when you're actually working.

Time off & vacations

Block a whole day, a vacation or just a few hours, and those times disappear from your page.

Pro

Advanced booking rules

Minimum notice, how far ahead clients can book, buffers between appointments and start-time intervals.

Online payments

Pro

Deposits or full payment

Ask for a fixed deposit, a percentage, or the full price when clients book — as a default or per service. Bookings confirm only after the payment succeeds.

Pro

Apple Pay & cards

Clients pay on Stripe's secure checkout with Apple Pay, credit or debit card, and see the total, what's due today and the remaining balance.

Pro

Paid straight to you

Money goes to your own Stripe account and out to your bank. OnPoint adds no fee, and refunds are always your choice.

Clients & business

Client contact list

Everyone who books is saved automatically with their name, phone number and email.

Pro

Client history & private notes

See each client's past and upcoming appointments and keep private notes only you can see.

Pro

Monthly revenue overview

See this month's booked revenue at a glance on your dashboard.

Why OnPoint

Your brand, front and center

Your logo, photos, services and policies on a page that feels like yours.

Questions, answered.

How does the introductory offer work?+

New business owners pay $7.50 for their first month of Basic or $15 for their first month of Pro. After that, your plan renews automatically at the regular monthly price — $14.99 or $29.99 — until you cancel. The offer can be used once per business owner.

Do I need a payment method to subscribe?+

Yes. A card is required to start your plan, including the introductory first month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and you can update your card anytime from Plan & billing.

Can I switch plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade to Pro anytime: it takes effect right away, and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades to Basic take effect at your next billing date — you keep Pro until then, and no refund or credit is given for the rest of the period.

How do I cancel?+

Cancel in one click from Plan & billing in your dashboard. You won't be charged again, and your booking page stays online until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments already made aren't refunded, except where required by law.

What's your billing and refund policy?+
  • Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel.
  • Upgrades take effect right away, as soon as the payment for the difference succeeds.
  • Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. You keep your current plan's features until then, and no refund or credit is given for the rest of the period.
  • When a downgrade to Basic takes effect, services above Basic's 7 are hidden from your booking page — never deleted — and come back if you upgrade to Pro again. Your clients and appointments are kept. Pro features such as add-ons and online payments are paused for new bookings (never deleted); payments already made stay in your Stripe account.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and payments already made aren't refunded.
  • If you cancel after scheduling a downgrade, your subscription simply ends at the end of the current paid period.
  • Any existing account credit is applied automatically to your next invoices.
  • Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
Do clients pay to book through OnPoint?+

OnPoint never charges clients a booking or platform fee. On Pro, a business can ask clients to pay a deposit or the full price online when they book (Apple Pay, credit or debit card). That money goes straight to the business's own Stripe account — Stripe charges its usual processing fee, and OnPoint takes nothing.
